There are a bunch of them sold all over the place. It is the white 'Street' shirt. I think they are only four million in Jita right now.

The main issue is that their green screen does slip through a wide variety of transparency levels - so a significant amount of touchup will always be needed if you want both clean and natural lines. I generally find it easier to remove most of the green with tools, do touch up, then a secondary touch up with periodic use of the smudge tool to help hide the touching up. But as with everything in graphics, it will all depend on the particular graphic and the background on which you are putting it (as you implied with the hairstyles). Black backgrounds are obviously the easiest, because you can take certain troublesome mixed hues and desaturate them - they then serve the same function vis a vie the black background as they did previously with the green one.

I should ask some family, but I believe his family came from the North Rhine area around Dortmund. But I am not sure, I am not as good with family history as a respectable person should be. 
I should find out more, though. If records still exist. He has passed away and I do not know how much family records my family has kept around. He married an Irish woman , and so much of the living family identifies with her roots more than his.
